SC Live is USC's premier student streaming organization, connecting student streamers, artists, and content creators. I served on the executive board as Graphics Chair. This is some of the work I did during my time.
As the executive board's Graphics Chair, I was asked to create a new logo for USC's livestreaming club "SC Live". (Link)
In this project, I created mockups and color drafts to portray my ideas to the rest of the executive board and get their opinions.
After creating the logo, I started designing assets for the club in order to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
I incorporated the new logo into the background image shown on the twitch page along with the colors associated with USC.
This is merchandise that I designed for the club. It features four options, all with the new logo embroidered into the fabric.
I advocated for the custom embroidery because I wanted a higher quality sweatshirt that would last more than the average vinyl printing.
I noticed that a lot of clubs would go for the cheapest options to make as much money as possible, but I wasn't a fan of it quickly falling apart and losing it's quality only after a couple washes. This is why we opted for a higher quality sweatshirt with stitching to provide more longevity.
SC Live hosts bi-weekly general meetings, livestreaming events, and socials throughout the academic year. As the Graphics Chair, I was tasked to create graphics for the events to post through socials and Discord announcements. Below are examples of the graphics that I created. They all feature the new logo in order to maintain the club's branding across all platforms.
